“hands-on” experience before graduation. Participating in an internship is a great opportunity
for you to get to know us and gain valuable on-the-job training. It is also a great opportunity
for us to get to know you. Internships allow you to experience first-hand the “real world” of
financial services. As an intern you will be doing much the same work as an entry-level staff
person and it will provide you the opportunity to determine if a career in financial services is
