Administrative Assistant Candidates should have a miimum of 3-5 years previous office experience, preferably in the Financial Service arena, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and knowledge of basic office machines. Excellent organizational skills, telephone etiquette skills, independent judgment, high degree of confidentiality and ability to multi-task and prioritize are required.
